in the Warden’s Court this morning, Hans Olsen was charged with not being the holder of a gold dealer’s license he sold Iboz. 19 dwt of gold to Prank Easton Polled for £3l Ids, and Polled was charged with not being the holdgr of a gold dealer’s license he bought gold from Olsen. Por the prosecution it was stated that Olsen, who was a dredge master for the Manuhurika Co., came to Dunedin and sold gold to Polled, who is a jeweller. The .Magistrate convicted Olsen and sentenced him to six months’ imprisonment, and Polled was lined £IOO and costs.
