I’clcr Scot t .Ramsay, a young man, president of the Anti-Con-scription League, who was drawn in the First Ballot, was arrested yesterday and charged at the Court today with seditious utterance. He ’pleaded not guilty, and asked for a remand until Thursday, also for hail, and to he tried hy jury. The Court granted a remand until Friday, but refused bail. The Magistrate said that he had no jurisdiction as to trial by jury.
