Entries by telegram MUST he confirmed in Avriting by the NEXT MAIL. All Colours must be registered, or a, fine of 1 sov. Avill be imposed for every start. All Races to be run under the Rules of Racing as adopted by the Racing Conference of Ncav Zealand. The Committee reserve the right to alter the date or time for the declaration of nominations, Aveights, or acceptances, as they may think fit.
