RICH AR D SON—SA FALL,
A pretty wedding' was eelol>r:ttod at All Saints’ Clumdi on Wednesday last, when Lionel Harcourt, third son of the late Mr Richardson of the Tara dale Hotel, Napier, was united in the holy bonds of matrimony to Doris Evelyn, third daughter of Air and Airs George Small, of Fox ton. The bride, who was given away by her father, was charmingly attired in white voile, handsomely trimmed with val. lace. The bride wore the usual veil and orange blossom, and carried a lovely shower bouquet, the gift of Airs C. Rand. She was attended by her sisters and cousin as bridesmaids. The chief bridesmaid. Miss Ivy Small, was dressed in a nice while silk costume and wore a while hat trimmed with violets; she also carried a shower bouquet. The two smaller girls wore pale blue, with mop caps, and carried pretty baskets of pale pink sweet peas. The best man was Air Kimmiss, of Africa, assisted by Private 11. Procter, from Featherston cant)), as groomsman . The bridegroom’s gift (o the bride was a pair of earrings, and to the bridesmaids pretty gold brooches. The bride gave the bridegroom a handsome dressing case. After the ceremony, about it hundred guests sat down to breakfast at the residence o’f the bride’s parents, and late in (he afternoon the happy couple left by car for Wellington, amidst showers of rice and confetti. The bride’s travelling costume was creme silk poplin with pale blue hat trimmed with pink roses . The presents wen; numerous and costlv.
