BRITAIN’’S REPLY. London, Dec. 14. Referring to Germany’s peace proposals, Mr Bonar Law, in the House of Commons, reminded the House that Mr Asquith, in moving the last credit vote, declared that the Allies would require adequate reparation for the past and adequate security for the future. “That is still our policy and that is still the determination of the Government," said the Chancellor Q f the Exchequer.
