The Rev. D, 0. Bates wires as follows at noon to-day : The indications are for variable and moderate breezes, but easterly winds prevailing; there is a prospect of fair weather, though cloudy and overcast at times. The barometer has little movement, but slightly falling after about 36 hours. Sea and tides are moderate.
