ZEPPELIN WEATHER.
Speaking at Edinburgh, Lord Montagu of Beaulieu said he did not see why the principle on which he thought: air raids were made should not be a matter of common knowledge. They required anti-cyclonie conditions —that was, weather with si comparatively high barometer and little or no wind. The conditions of weather were the first .and governing reason whether airships came or not, but in addition to that the study of past raids showed that they occurred at certain times in the phases of the moon. So far there had only been one I’aid outside the days which he had thought likely davs for raids.
