DRIVERS’ DISPUTE.
Wellington, Last Night. The Acting-Minister of Labour lias agreed to ask represents!fives of the employers and drivers to meet next week to discuss the dispute. He lias pointed out that the statement made to-day that the conference was compulsory is erroneous. The local union has handed over the dispute to the Drivers' Federation, and therefore does not accept the Wellington employers’ offer of a bonus.
