HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled yesterday ut noon as follows: The hemp market is lirm, hut little doing. There is very little New Zealand hemp offering. Good fair Now Zealand £53, fair £sl;. government graded Manila £55, coarse. £sl IDs. Jamiai-y-Mareh shipment good fair New Zealand £52, fair £SO, government graded fair Manila £54, coarse £sl. The output from Manila for the week was 24,000 hales.
