THE CENSUS.

IMPORTANT TO HOUSEHOLDERS. 'Tiie census throughout New Zealand will be taken on Sunday, October 15th, and forms arc now being left in every house. These forms must be tilled in (in ink) on the 15th inst. They will be called for on the Kith, or as soon after as possible. Mr A. Hawke is the census enumerator for Eoxton borough and Mauawatu County, and he has appointed the following subenumerators: Eoxton borough, Constable Hanlon; Awahou riding, Constable Woods; Carnarvon riding, C. W. Liggius; Kawakawa riding, J. G. Honore; Rongotea riding and town district, Constable Blaxland; Waitohi riding, A. J. Hartley; Sanson, J. Coekburn; Mount Stewart, A. J. Bowater . It is essential that the head of each householder should have the form filled in ready for the collector at the time stated, in order to obviate inconvenience and undue delay.
