ACCUSED REMANDED

The inquest on Kenneth Livingstone, a shepherd, who was fatally shot, on Holiest on’s sheep larm, was opened to-day, and was adjourned for fourteen days. 'flic Rarotongan, Kaimuku, who is alleged to have shot Livingstone, was charged in Court with breaking, entering, and theft, and was remanded lor eight days. He was committed to Auckland gaol.
