NEWSPAPER PINED £1 AND COSTS. UNION SECRETARY PINED £25 AND COSTS. Reserved .judgment was given at the Palmerston Magistrate’s Court at 10 o’clock this morning in the east' of the Crown v. Pierce C. Creelh for alleged seditious publication and Crown v. P. T. Robinson secretary of the Plaxmills Employees Union, alleged seditious intention. The former was lined £1 and costs, and the latter £25 and costs. The full text of the judgments will appear in our next issue.
