Notice is hereby given that in pursuance and exercise of the powers vested in it in that behalf by Sec. 78,8!) and 90 of “The Municipal Corporations Act, 1908,” See. 41 of “The Hospitals and Charitable Institutions Act, 1909,’’ and Sec. 48 to 55 of “The Rating Act, 1908,’’ the Foxton Borough Council will at a meeting to he held on Wednesday, the 2nd August, 1910, at 7.30 p.m., make and levy a General rate of threepence in the £, a library rate of ojie-eighlh of a penny in the £, and a Hospital and Charitable Aid Rate of throe-sixteenths of a- penny in the £, on the unimproved value of all the rateable properties in the Borough of Foxton, and also to levy a uniform annual Sanitation Fee of seventeen shillings per pan on all house property within the night soil area.
