HIOII COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled yesterday at noon as follows; — The hemp market is quid, and rather unsettled on account of the Amcricnn-Mexicau position. Good fair £4B 10s, fair £47. Government graded fair Manila £sl, coarse £49. Forward shipment: Good fair £47 10s, fair £4(i; Government graded fair Manila £49, coarse £47. The output of Manila for the week was 27,000 bales.
