REPORT
The High Commissioner cabled yesterday at noon as follows: — The hemp market, is quiet; reports of heavy supplies expected from .Manila have; reduced values. Quotations : Nominal, good fair N.Z. £-18 10s, fair £47 ; Governmentgraded lair Manila £SO ss, coarse £47. June-August, good fair N.Z. £47 10s, fair £4O ; Governmentgraded fair Manila £-18 10s, coarse £45. The out put of Manila for the week was 28,000 bales.
