NOXIOUS WEEDS.
fhe growth of noxious weeds in the borough was discussed at last night's Council meeting. The Council had previously written to the Inspector on the subject, and a reply was received stating that he would shortly visit Foxton. Cr Thompson said something should be done to compel owners to remove noxious weeds in Howan and Baker Streets. Cr Coley said he would accompany the inspector on bis visit this week.
