MILITARY SERVICE BILL INTRODUCED. The Military Service Bill, proposing a system of conscription for* Eew Zealand, was introduced in the House of Representatives yesterday hy Governor's Message. It is a decisive and comprehensive measure of forty-seven clauses, rendering all tit men of military age liable to service in the expeditionary forces as they may be required during the present war. The clauses of the? bill are drastic in clnu-acter.
