Kir.—May we suggest through your paper that all public libraries in your district should grant honorary membership to every returned soldier as a token of appreciation of (heir services to (he Empire in this great, struggle for freedom and right until 11)20, and in towns where (here are no soldiers' clubs that a writing table be jilaced for their special use.
