The annual mootiny of i!io Horowhenua Rugby Union will lie hold at Lovin next Saturday night, at 8 oViook. Owing to the majority of the sonior and junior players having enlisted, it is considered that the Union will not he able to ran competitions in those grades this

season, hut in order to encourage the younger players it is intended to run a third class competition, in which only players under eighteen years of age will be permitted to take part. A special invitation to delegates from third-class teams is extended to be present at the Union’s annual meeting.
