THE FIELD SHIELD. The following are Ihe scores of learns which competed for the Field Shield, which was fired on Saturday, 151 h April. Owing to the Defence Authorities having closed the Hokowhilu range, clubs were obliged for this season to shoot on (heir own ranges under supervision by check scorers. The Shield again was won by the Hauiere Club. Owing to the fact that through the whole of ihe shooting rain was falling steadily, the scoring by all clubs was very poor.
