Sir, — May I be allowed to ask the ranger what understanding there is between him and a piebald horse that has the free run of Russell Street and vicinity, and occasionally in private property ? If there is no understanding between the ranger and the horse, perhaps the former will oblige the public in the vicinity by running it in.—Yours, etc., Victimised.
