RECRUITING CAMPAIGN.
WHAT IS EXPECTED
The Recruiting Board has drawn up a statement of the number of men who are expected to enlist from each centre in the Dominion every lour weeks, under the new scheme in order that the regular monthly drafts may go to camp at their full strength. The infantry require at least eighty per cent, of the total quota for all branches and a particular appeal is addressed to recruits to join this branch of the service. The quotas are based on the number of men of military age iu each district as shown at the date of the National Register, The figures for the group 6 area are: — Men of Quota military age. required.
