FIGHTING MEN FIRST.
(To the Editor). Sir.—Daily a cry almost a prayer is repeated by everyone in New Zealand, WHAT CAN I DO to belp in the great National struggle for freedom. There is work for all and everyoue' can do some National service voluntary, no person is too old dr none too young. The National Service League is founded to suggest means and ways to help our return men to help themselves. The patriotic societies are doing grand work and will coutinue to do so. But what personal service are you giving ? There is no monopoly in kind actions or words, do all you can when you get the chance. Mr Editor, in a few days, we would like to tell the boys of New Zealand what they can do.—l am, etc., National Service League, (Incorporated) F. Norris, Hon.
