HOW THE ENEMY DOES IT. LONDON. Jan. 31. According to the daring traveller who Is contributing to the London Daily Mail details of his experiences while journeying through the enemy countries, the description .in the Anstro(lennan press of the Kaiser s visit to Nish were vastly coloured. A peculiarly interesting one. he says, appeared in the Vienna Nieuc lne I’rosso, which stated that King Ferdinand of Bulgaria, in his speech; of welcome, called loudly for “my <;o loagno Von Mackenson,” and kissed the field Marshall twice on both cheeks, while a photographer in a balloon above snapshotted the scene. The ncvspapei described the Kaiser as being as merry as if at a wedding, and said that he lifted King Ferdinand’s children in the air and kissed them gaily. At Nish, the traveller says, boulevards have been renamed Maekeusen Ktrasse. Wilhelms Platz, and Bismarck Strasse.
