FULLER’S PICTURES.
“WHO GOES THERE ?’’
The star feature in the current programme at Fuller’s is a particularly good one. There are three Lieutenants, and each one has planned an elopement with the girl he loves, A minister is informed by each, and everything is arranged for the weddings. They were to go to Mrs Hadley’s. Two of the Lieutenants obtained leave of absence. This starts the trouble. Tom Wheeler has arrived at the village, and is to marry Cousin Julia. To complicate matters he has borrowed a suit of Lieutenant Newman's clothes, and to add to the rumpus there is a warrant out for a lieutenant, name unknown. Comical situations follow one after another, and the humour is- maintained to the end. Suppo- . pictures consist of a well balanced selection , and make up a really good programme.
WEDNESDAY & THURSDAY “THE MILLION DOLLAR MYSTERY.’’
The fifth episode of the “Million Dollar Mystery,’’ entitled, “At the Bottom of the Sea,’’ will be screened on Wednesday and Thursday. The Countess plans a cunning scheme. Jones, learning of it, secretly removes from its hiding place a tin box, with which he cautiously steals away, hires a swift motor boat, and starts out to sea. He is detected and pursued by the band’s spies. Jones’ efforts to bury the box on a nearby island are frustrated, and he is pursued. Every moment of this episode will thrill you, as the daring exploits and hairbreadth escapes are portrayed. The supporting items include scenic, copi, cal, dramatic and comedy films.
