BOWLING.
A special general meeting of members of the Foxton Bowling Club will be held in the Coronation Hall supper-room on Tuesday evening next, at 7.30 o’clock, to elect a president in place of Mr W. Petrie, who is resigning on account of being transferred lo Wellington. A full attendance of members is requested. : Last week the third round of the Colder Cup competition was completed, Petrie (scr.) beating Barr (3) by 22 points to 20.
