PENALTIES.
Flat Races— The winner of any Flat Race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of lOlb., and of any additional race a further penalty of /lb. Horses handicapped at Bst. lolb. or over, to carry half the above penalties. The winner of any Hurdle Race after the declaration of weights to carry a penalty of lolb. in the Hurdle Race, and of any additional Hurdle Race a further penalty of /lb., or if the Handicapper deems it fit he may increase the penalties.
