The competitiou for the trophy presented by Mr E. Ball in which ail game? are to be played alter six o’clock in the evening, promises to be very popular, players now occupying the green until the light fails. The other club competitions are also being keenly contested. The local club will be represented by one rink at the Manawatu tournament to be held on January ist and 3rd.
