FURRER’S PICTURES,

•‘THE CANDLE AND THE MOTH.”

The programme screened at the Town Hall last night met with much approval, and will be screened for the last time this evening. The star drama is a worthy Nordisk production, “The Candle and the Moth,” and tells of a convict who became a clergyman.

MONDAY AND TUESDAY. “RONDON BY DAY AND NIGHT.”

On Monday and Tuesday evening picture patrons will be afforded an opportunity of witnessing one of the most interesting pictures ever screened, ‘‘London by Day and Night,” bringing the sights of the great metropolis to your doors. This picture contains 3,500 feet of film depicting in artistic and comprehensive form the principal sights ot the world’s largest city, illustrating a tour starting from the Bank ot England, the capital point of the city, and thence eastward to St. Paul’s, and successively through all thoroughfares of interest, showing tbe various notable buildings en route. At the conclusion of the picture one realises that It is not necessary to travel after all. The films supporting this most entertaining picture will be found to be 3 worthy lot, and include one of the Keystone Company’s popular tarce-comedys, ‘‘Fatty’s Wine Party,” an interesting war scenic, “In the Track of the Turk,” and others.
