Onk cannot help feeling a degree of sympathy tor the unfortunate dipsomaniac upon whom alcoholism has fastened, but only loathing for the contemptible individual who illegally “runs the cutter” for the unfortunate. Persons against whom prohibition orders have been issued have been, and are being, supplied with liquor. The risk they are taking in committing such a serious offence will be borne in upon them if hailed before the Magistrate, and it they are wise they will heed this timely warning.
