THE WEATHER.
The Rev D. C. Rales wires today as follows: — South easterly winds moderate to strong and hacking by east to north, then freshening ; there is a prospect oi fair to cloudy weather with increasing haze and cloudiness ; the night will probably be very cold ; barometer little movement, but falling after about 16 hours. Sea considerable, tides moderate ; sea decreasing.
