PARLIAMENT RESUMES TO-DAY.
The session of Parliament opened to-rlay, after the adjournment that arose from 1 ho for mat ion of the National Ministry. Tire Legislative Council met this after noon, at 2,30 o’clock, and the House - of Representatives will meet this evening, at 7.30. The. Prime Minister will make a statement in the House of Representatives regarding the reconstruction of the Ministry. Interest centres upon the Financial Statement, which is understood to he approaching completion. The Budget will present the financial position fnliv, and will indicate the new taxation that is proposed by the Minister.
