THE HEMP MARKET.
HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. ’The High Commissioner cabled yesterday at noon as follows : The hemp market is steady, but demand is only moderate. New Zealand good fair grade per ton £3l tos, lair £29 10s, Manila new graded August to October shipment fair £36, medium £32. The output of Manila for the week was 17,000 bales.
