ROYAL PICTURES

FULLER’S PICTURES. “THE ADVENTURES OF KATHRYN.” The fifth series of this popular picture makes its appearance at the Town Hall to morrow and Saturday. With Kathlyn’s revelation of herself as a slave, Prince Umballah, her purchaser, has her imprisoned in the dungeon of the Royal palace. There she finds her father, whom she had been led to believe as dead. That worthy gentleman tries to end the life of Umballah, the hateful prince, who intrudes upon them, but is dragged away by his faithful retainers. This is caused when Umballah tells Kathlyn she is to be the favourite of his harem. Umballah leaves the palace promising to return with the pub 1 ? • ---"cutioner to publicly flog the t -.. - .icr, He meets Bruce, the American hunter, who has found his way into the labyrinth in search of Kathlyn. Now follows an amazing series of adventures which grip the audience and test the courage of Kathlyn. With supporting items of the usual high standard. MONDAY & TUESDAY. The management takes great pleasure in announcing the picturisation of Marie Corelli’s best novel, “The Vendetta.” This production is really beautiful and should attract a bumper house. Other items are : “The Birth of Flowers,” nature study ; “Back to the Kitchen,” comic ; and The Latest Gazette.

The change of programme at the Royal to-night is beaded by a Selig star feature, “The Crook’s Revenge,” unfolding a thrilling story of the underworld, that grips your attention irom start to finish. “When Dreams Come True,” is a Keystone comedy that cannot fail to put you in a good humour. This programme will be repeated to-morrow night. Look out on Saturday for absolutely the most exciting series of “The Trey o’ Hearts.”
