KAISER BILL’S DREAM.
Kaiser Bill’s Imperial will is ; That my 65-inch howitzer guns are to be set up in Paris (when we get there). I shall then bombard Loudon, Dublin, Edinburgh, Moscow, and Ottawa. I propose then, with the kind assistance of the Almighty, to scatter mines throughout the English Channel, the North Sea, the Atlantic and Pacific Oceans, and the mountains of the moon. My submarines will navigate the Champs Elysees of Paris, and Trafalger Square, the Nevsky ot St. Petersburg, the suburbs of Tokio, and the canals of Mars. My Zeppelins will shortly drop cartloads of picric acid bombs on Buckingham Palace, the Taj Mahal, the plains of Abraham and Woolloomooloo. I intend to blow up everywhere, everything and everybody, to annihilate the human race, to sink, burn and destroy the visible universe in the holy cause of German culture.
