THE HEMP MARKET.
HIGH COMMISSIONER'S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled yesterday at noon as follows The hemp market is steady, but the demand is only moderate. Good fair ,£32 1 os, fair, 10s, Manila £3B ios, Forward shipments: Good fair 15s, fair 10s, Manila ,£3B. The output of Manila for the week was 24,000 bales. It is anticipated there will be little change in values for some lime.
