FUELER’S PICTURES. Fuller’s Ltd., have given us some very excellent programmes of late each one of which has had some special features to commend it to the public favour, but “Out of the Air,’, screened for the first time at the Town Hall lost evening, easily takes rank as one of the most thrilling cinematograph productions of modern times. There is a visible race between an aeroplane and railway engire. The hero attaches a rope to his waist and descends from the aeroplane on to the roof of the runaway train and makes his way to the engine which he succeeds m stopping in the nick of time. Other good pictures are : “Cheap Transportation,” comedy ; “The Hidden Message,” drama ; “Topical Budget,’’ topical; “Girl at the Throttle,” drama ; “Visit to the Maori Contingent at Avondale,” interest ; and “He Wanted Chickens,” comic. MONDAY AND TUESDAY. The management has lie pleasure of introducing for the first time in the Dominion, Bruce Mcßae, the eminent dramatic beauty actor, in the famous rolltical romance, “The Ring and the Man.” This is a powerful story of a man who could desire ardently, and would take what he desired or renounce all. A man whose bravery and self possession in the face of crucial circumstances, en able him to successfully oppose the corrupt forces of the gigantic political ring that is trying to ruin him. A deep, stirring, vital love forms part of the romance. The political and love elements arc so strongly woven together that the audience are kept fascinated by unexpected turns, sensational thrills and big climaxes. The scenes where Gormle'', ,l ’I he Dean,” defeats the vicious ring forces, and finally wins his election and his bride, is dramatically visualised In this gripping pro duction.

ROYAL, PICTURKS. To nig lit at the Royal the litth series of “The Trey o’ Hearts’' will be screened in addition to the usual programme, the star feature of which is the great Reliance drama, “The Floating Call. This story is replete with stirring and exciting incidents. A pretty girl reporter figures largely in the capture of a gang of counterfeiters. She stumbles on to the way a gang passes the spurious coin to the public. She disguises as an Italian girl and makes her way into the coiner’s workshop. A detective is waiting for her to reappear, when he finds a message on a piece of wood which the plucky girl has thrown into the river. It is a call for help. Does she get it ? Just you watch the finish. Other films are ; “Butting in” (comedy), “The Little Captain” (drama), “Topical Budget,” “Putting One Over” (drama), “A Visit to the Royal Pottery Works” (Industrial), “Coupon Collectors” (comic), and “Nature’s Celebreties,” a very pleasing and instructive subject. Monday ; Benefit tor the wounded.
