HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT.
The High Commissioner cabled yesterday at noon as follows : —■ The hemp market is quiet at decline. Good fair £32 10s, fair Manila £39. June-August shipment : Good fair £,3~, fMr £29 1 os, Manila ,(39. The output of Manila for the week was 28,000 bales.
