ENTERTAINMENTS.
FULLER’S PICTURES. Picture patrons will have an excellent entertainment presented them at the Town Hall on Wednesday and Thursday evening, when the well-known and popular story, “Mr Barnes of New York,” will be projected in animated form. This distinctive and thrilling drama rests its narrative upon the exploits and character of Mr Barnes of New York, and one of the most lovable characters in fiction, ideally represented by Maurice Costello, the best beloved silent drama actor of to-day. By „ its adherence to the traditionally *. pure and inspired source of human love the story makes its chief impression. The two persons whose flame excites the most ardent interest meet under surroundings that fire by contrast the imagination of both ; tremendous circumstances lend their aid to its growth and intensity, and the final culmination in happiness—without which no love story would be bearable—is brought about amid scenes that lend absolute reality to the romance. The story is so much out of the ordinary that hard must be the heart it cannot touch, and dull the mind it cannot interest. Added attractions to this delightful picture will be found in the following additional films : An exquisite Edison love comedy, “Two’s Company’’; a scenic of rare charm, “Beautiful California” ; the latest Topicals and Gazettes,, and a typically hilarious Keystone, “Dash, Love and Splashes.”
