HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT.
The High Commissioner cabled yesterday at noon as follows : —■ The hemp market is very quiet. There is nothing doing and prices have declined.' Good fair £32 ios, fair ,£3O 10s, Manila ,£3B, forward good fair ,£3l 10s, fair ,£29 10s, Manila ,£36 10s. The output of Manila for the week was 25,000 bales.
