HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled yesterday at noon as follows : The hemp market is quiet and prices are slightly weaker. Good fair ,£34 ios, fair £32 10s, Manila ,£4O, forward shipment, good fair 234. fair £,s2, Manila .£39 ros. The output of Manila for the week was 19,000 bales.
