HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled yesterday afternoon as follows The hemp market firm and has advanced owing to advices from Manila indicating an unsettled position on account of shortage of freight, dry weather and disorganisation owing to the new regulations regarding grading. Good fair ,£33, fair , Manila 1 os ; April-Jnne good fair 15s, fair Manila The output of Manila for the week 23,000 bales.
