HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled yesterday as follows : The hemp market is rather more active for New Zealand on account of the small supply on hand. Spot good fair, ,£26 10s ; fair. ,£24 ios ; Manila, ,£27 ios ; January-March shipment good fair, ,£25 ios ; fair, ,£23 ios ; Manila, ,£2B. Quotations are nominal. The output of Manila for the week was 29,000 bales.
