LICENSING VOTE. The result of the preliminary count of the National Prohibition Poll shows a majority of nearly 6,000 votes for Continuance. Following are figures supplied by the Chief Electoral Officer Voting in the 12 No-Eiceuse districts :—For National Continuance, 36,771. For National Prohibition, 40,689. Voting in the 56 Licensed Districts : —For National Continuance, 209,697. For National Prohibition, 199,860. Totals ; For National Continuance, 246,468 ; For National Prohibition, 240,549.
