HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT. The High Commissioner cabled yesterday as follows : There is a better demand for hemp on spot, but transactions are light. New Zealand good fair grade, £22 10s per ton; iair grade, ; iair current Manila, £ 2 3 xos. The output of Manila for the week was 12,000 bales.
