James McMillan, ,£SOO, alleged slander. (Jury of 4.) J. Odlin and Co. Ltd., (Mr Luke) and another, v. Francis D. Thomson (Mr Innes), £875, alleged damages and specific performance.
Abraham and Williams, Ltd., (Mr Jacobs) v. Margaret Ingley and George A. Tattle (Mr Innes), .£4OO 12s8d, moneys alleged to be due.
Jessie Dalziell (Mr Levi) v. James Richardson and others (Mr Fitzherberti, injunction, etc. Caroline H. Galloway and James Galloway (Mr Lloyd) v. Neils Pedersen (Mr Blakiston), alleged damages and specific performance.
David Prouse (Mr Cooper) v. Wanganui Education Board (Mr Hutton), alleged damages and injunction.
Jesse J. Hills (Mr Cooper) v. Harold M. Conway, £579 its, money alleged to be due. Bett and Bayly, Ltd. (Mr Cooper), v. Wardsworth B. Benson (Mr Ougley), £l5O, moneys alleged to be due.
New Zealand Farmers’ Dairy Uniou, Ltd., and Dalgety and Co., Ltd. (Mr Cooper), v. George Beven (Mr Inues), alleged damages and injunction. Albert Dyer (Mr Moore) v. L. G, Fosten, £143 7s alleged damages through collision. Felica Smitla (Mr Hindmarsh) v. Adam Burgess (Mr Innes), £499, value of motor car alleged to have been seized and alleged damages; counter claim for £276 17s lid for balance of purchase money and interest alleged to be due.
