ROYAL PICTURES
At (he Royal to-night, “A Pack of Cards,” a vigorous and potent drama of real life will be screened. It is an absorbing tale ol a woman’s devotion and Is laid in Canada’s vast trapper country, depicting life in the snow swept regions of that great Dominion. Other films are', ‘‘Topical Budget”; “A Friendless Indian,” drama; ‘‘Stage Struck,” comic ; ‘‘By the Blue Adriatic,” scenic ; “An Alaskan Interlude,” drama ; “Rapid of Lerposen,” scenic ; “The Indian Fakir,” interest ; and His Master’s Scent.”
For Monday night, "The Streets of New York,” has been secured. This is an intensely interesting drama depicting life in the great oily. It is reputed to be one of the most interesting dramas in picture form ever screened, holding the interest of the audience throughout. Several thrilling scenes are shown and the story ends happily. MUNICIPAL PICTURES. To-night’s programme for the above as usual is of a most enticing character. The star drama, “Hearts of Women,” is a great study of human nature, telling a splendid tale of two women. The other items of the programme will be : “The Australian Gazette,” topical ; “ When the Heart Changes,” drama ; “Bloomer Yawns,” comic; “A Redskin’s Marcy,” drama ; “Lost —A Pair of Shoes,” comic, “A Day in an Austrian Mine,” industrial ; “Casey’s Birthday,” comic.
