HIGH COMMISSIONER’S REPORT.
The High Commissioner cabled yesterday as follows: — The hemp market is very depressed and likely to remain so. Some holders are forcing sales but little business done. Good fair fair £2O 15 s , Manila The output Manila for the week was 12,000 bales.
