We haye received the following acknowledgment of subscriptions forwarded to us and passed on to the above fund :
“ Dear Sir, I beg to acknowledge receipt of cheque for .£4 ns, being the amount of subscriptions received at your office towards the Huntly Mines Disaster Relief Fund.
