The total takings for the three days at the Palmerston Show, including the grandstand, amounted to ,£1,007 I 7 S as compared with ,£1,064 7s iu 1913, a decrease of ,£56 2s id. The total attendance yesterday numbered 28,138—a record. The Belgian Fuud will benefit by over ,£l,lOO, the Allied Tea Rooms having produced over ,£4OO and the sheep 2s.
